This isn't a sophisticated, professionally designed or maintained website. It's not meant to be, at least not yet, but while I'm no webmaster, my fiancé, Simoné (SEE* MOE*NAY), is truly a gifted artisan. All of the jewelry you will see on this site was spawned in her imagination and made by her wonderfully gifted hands at her home in Cape Town, South Africa. You'll find her photo below next to mine. You will note that we are not together yet (as I mentioned, she is living in South Africa & I in Oregon, USA as of November 2008). That's the purpose for this website & us selling our jewelry; to raise the money to bring her here to me in Oregon, where we will be married, raise a family & live happily ever after. Please take the time to look Simoné’s beautiful JEWELRY that is displayed on this website. I apologize for the fact that I only have a handful of pictures of Simoné's craftsmanship uploaded for display at this time, but I've had a lot of trouble (mostly) with getting good close-ups with my digital camera, so I've had to resort to the long way using my 30-year-old Canon AE-1 & it needs a new battery right now. Time & money have been tight as Simoné just recently started a new job that allows her only one day off each week (alternating between Sundays & Mondays), & I lost my job last month because of cutbacks, downsizing, call it what you will. These circumstances have prevented me from investing in a new camera or internet service @ my home (I access the internet @ a local Community College Satellite Computer Lab & they are only open four days/week (Monday - Thursday), but I will upload more jewelry pics & update this website as frequently as I am able. We sincerely thank you for your patience. I'm also just now learning HTML, DHTML, JAVASCRIPT, ETC. as I go along here, so that has also been & continues to be a hindrance.

The jewelry on this site truly is One Of A Kind, because so far Simoné has made only one of each. I have asked her to make duplicates but she hasn't been able to do that yet, but as we get this effort off the ground we will be growing our inventory. Please note that if we are sold out of jewelry you see on this site & want, I will include your request on the monthly order I give to Simoné. I won't ask you to pay until I have your jewelry ready for shipment, & in these instances I will also waive the standard $3.50 charge for shipping in appreciation for your patience, & I will honor a 30-day money-back guarantee on ALL of our jewelry sales.

It's been a long, difficult 13 months. The Readers Digest version: We met in July of 2007, & I realized time that Simoné was a special friend (you'll have to ask her for her take on this; in time I intend to have her version as well as mine @ the Our Story link -- I apologize that I don't have them uploaded yet, but I promise to have what I have written of my version up by 1 December)) & sometime in early September 2007 we realized we were falling in love.

It is my intention to have a page with some sort of graphic tracking our progress for those that are interested, & I promise to respond personally to every e-mail.
